PRISM is built from two decades of research into global leadership and team dynamics. It draws on established leadership frameworks and newer studies of how teams actually get things done, and every dimension was developed and field tested to capture how people behave now, not how they would like to behave. It comes in two profiles.
PRISM Workstyle Profile
For every member of the team. It shows how a person approaches each of the five PRISM dimensions, so a group can see its range at a glance.

How to access PRISM
The assessment takes about ten minutes online. As soon as it is finished, each person receives their profile, the Workstyle Profile or the Leadership Profile, ready to use on its own or as the basis for a team session. Practitioners can also become certified to administer PRISM and deliver the matching training through a Master Certification.
